Be the champions of change : Why wait for others to start making a change? Why always blame others? Neha made small changes for big success:

Neha is preparing for a dance show. She has been training very hard for a year now. As the day of finale show draws closer, she appears disturbed. Nothing is working right for her. She is getting stuck, forgetting steps, missing the rhythm, and to top it up she has a school test coming up shortly.

This commonly happens with students whenever they are about to perform on a big stage or for the final exams.

She looks confused about how to make things work. It seems that she has spent years training, and yet hasn’t learnt anything. The fear of putting up a poor show is haunting her. Curious, she decides to sit back and think as to why things are going wrong. After spending hours thinking, she realises some difficult dance moves were spoiling her rhythm. So she decides to change them.

She starts experimenting with news steps; the ones she had never thought about. Suddenly, everything starts falling in place. She starts performing with great confidence and more energy. She now feels ‘nobody can beat her’, and she has a chance to win the dance competition.

Identifying the problems, Neha made small changes and regained her confidence to win.
