A small garment business has been successful for several years. However, with a dip in sales for six consecutive months, you have been hired by the management to figure out strategies to save the business from going under.

After the first meeting with the management and the design team, you get a sense of business being stuck in a rut and no outlet for creative expression.

Describe the strategies you would use in helping this company work around their challenges. Identify factor/s that influence the execution of your prescribed strategies.
